At Amir Persian Carpets, we want you to absolutely love your new rug. But hey, sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned  and that’s okay! Here’s how we make returns and exchanges smooth and simple, so you can shop with confidence.

For Custumer in Lebanon 14 days risk free Return.

We want you to love your carpet. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days under the following conditions:
 
•The rug must be in original condition (unused and undamaged)
•You may Return the item directly at our shop Or contact us to arrange a pickup (return shipping may apply)
•For COD orders, refunds come back as sending via wish ,omt or store credit or if you decide to return it in person we can give you the cash amount .
 

 

For Our International Customers 
 
Due to high shipping costs and customs, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
